Norra Djurgårdsstaden

Assemblin is involved in the development of Stockholm’s Norra Djurgårdsstaden district from the start, consolidating its position as the leading installation company on the capital’s housing market.

Client

Norra Djurgårdsstaden is one of Europe’s most extensive urban development projects, with a mixture of homes, workplaces and services. With innovative environmental engineering and creative solutions, the district will be a poster area for sustainable construction.

In the Skuleskogen neighbourhood, three apartment buildings containing a total of 129 apartments were constructed in 2012-2013, and Assemblin is responsible for the heating and sanitation installations. Assemblin is also carrying out installations in the garages, heating substations, fan rooms and store rooms.

Eko-logi

Eko-logi is Sweden’s only residential area that has met the requirements to be certified in accordance with the Nordic Swan Ecolabel, the Miljöbyggnad Guld scheme and the passive building standard FEBY12. Assemblin has contributed innovative and efficient solutions in heating and sanitation.

Luminary

Putting comfort first in the new tower block in Tampere in Finland has paid off with flats selling at a record pace. When Skanska started the construction of two new residential buildings near the Tampere railway station, the goal was to create apartments that offer their residents the best urban living experience in the heart of the city. The flats were equipped with Fidelix home automation system.

Tranås Energi

Assemblin was responsible for the pipework contract at Tranås Energi’s new combined heating and power plant, which opened at the end of 2014. The project was Tranås Municipality’s biggest investment to date and thanks to the new furnace, the power and heating produced are 100% renewable.
