Assemblin has secured a multi-technical project with focus on recycling
Assemblin has signed an agreement with NCC Sverige AB in connection with the renovation of the S-building at the Mälardalen University in Västerås. The assignment includes installations for electricity, heating, sanitation, ventilation, sprinklers and automation with a total order value of approximately SEK 50 million. The project, with Hemsö as the developer, is being carried out with a strong focus on sustainability and recycling.
Assemblin strengthens its position within electrical in the Stockholm region
Assemblin El acquires Wasastadens Eltjänst AB, with annual revenue of SEK 53 million and 20 employees, thereby strengthening its delivery capacity within electrical in the Stockholm region, Sweden.

Abbedissan
Situated in the heart of Malmö is Vasakronan’s award-winning property Abbedissan (the Abbess), a climate-smart office building that received the City of Malmö’s environmental building award, Gröna Lansen (the Green Lance) in 2021. In its motivation for the award, the jury highlighted in particular the property’s climate-smart energy solution. The building is environmentally certified in accordance with LEED, level Platinum.
NKT
NKT’s factory in Karlskrona is one of the world’s largest facilities for the production of submarine cables. The factory, which is operated using 100-percent green electricity, has expanded its production with, among other things, a new tower, the “NKT Lighthouse”, which with its height of 150 metres above ground is Sweden’s third highest.
ESS
ESS in Lund is one of the world’s most advanced research facilities, unique in its kind. Here, Assemblin has, among other things, designed and installed power systems, electrical systems (including in the 537 meter long accelerator tunnel), ventilation, fire alarms, communication systems and laid high-voltage cables.
